1
Alignment & Bedding
Ensure the trench excavation line is completely clear from sharp rocks or jagged soil surfaces. Lay the SWR pipe baseline onto a smooth, leveled soft sand bed to prevent physical stress focus.
-
2
Apply Cement Matrix
Spread a uniform, continuous film layer of BPI Industrial Solvent Cement to the external shaved pipe end layer and along the interior entry mouth of the drainage fitting socket.
-
3
Insert & Twist Action
Force the pipe squarely inside the receiving drainage fitting mouth until bottomed out, administering a slight quarter turn (90° twist) to crush out any trapped air bubble arrays. Hold tightly for 30 seconds.
Highly Recommended
For rendering zero seepage risks across deep infrastructure frameworks, always apply BPI Heavy-Duty Solvent Cement. Expressly optimized for maximum fusion compatibility with our complete SWR series.

SWR Drainage Pipe
The Foundation of Clean Infrastructure
Bahrain Plast Industry (BPI) offers advanced high-performance uPVC piping networks customized explicitly for architectural soil, waste, and rainwater discharge. Extruded with rigid formulation layers in Lahore, our complete SWR series is tested stringently under international European Benchmarks BS EN 1329-1 and BS EN 1401-1, completely replacing outdated options. With engineered 100% leak-proof joints, BPI guarantees long-term clog-free safety for mega-scale real estate projects.
"I had to purchase a complete new drainage network for my housing society development as our older concrete line developed deep leaks across its joints. Detecting leaks and destroying whole infrastructure paths had become a financial nightmare. I found the ultimate tight-fitting solution at BPI. Zero leakage and peak flow results for our society lines."
